3.3 One Account Per Person
3.3.1 Each individual may hold only one registered Account on winlah88. Multiple Accounts created by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices, will be subject to immediate suspension, and any associated Balance may be withheld pending investigation.
3.4 Prohibited Persons
3.4.1 The following individuals are not permitted to register or use the Platform: persons under 21 years of age; persons accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; employees, contractors and associates of winlah88 and its affiliated entities; and persons who have previously been excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform.
4. Account Registration and Security

6.2 Deposit Processing
6.2.1 E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost or GrabPay are typically processed quickly, though exact timing cannot be guaranteed. Bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB or Hong Leong Bank may take approximately 5–10 minutes under normal network conditions. Digital asset deposits may require up to 30 minutes depending on blockchain confirmation speed.
6.3 Withdrawals and Verification
6.3.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. winlah88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal request.
6.3.2 Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, processing times and applicable fees will be displayed at the point of requesting a withdrawal. winlah88 does not guarantee a specific processing time and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
6.4 Currency
6.4.1 All Account balances, stakes and payouts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a specific alternative is selected and confirmed at the time of deposit.
7. Bonuses and Promotions
7.1 General Bonus Terms
7.1.1 winlah88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum stake while bonus funds are active, minimum qualifying deposit, validity period and maximum cashout limit.
7.1.2 Players must read all promotion-specific terms before accepting any bonus. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of all associated conditions.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
7.2.1 Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement stated as a multiplier (for example, X10, X15 or X20). A multiplier of X15 on a MYR 100 bonus requires a total of MYR 1,500 in qualifying bets before any related winnings become withdrawable.

7.3 Maximum Stake and Expiry

12. Limitation of Liability

12.3 Nothing in this Agreement limits winlah88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Suspension and Termination
13.1 winlah88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player's Account at any time where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, violation of this Agreement, regulatory obligation or risk management concern, without prior notice where circumstances require immediate action.
13.2 Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support. Any genuine real-money Balance held at closure will be returned to the Player following satisfactory verification, subject to the deduction of any outstanding amounts owed.
13.3 Bonus Funds held at Account closure are forfeited and will not be returned under any circumstances.
14. Amendments to These Terms
14.1 winlah88 reserves the right to update, amend or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon publication of the revised Terms & Conditions on the Site, indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement. If a Player does not accept any change, they must stop using the Platform and close their Account.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1 This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through direct communication with winlah88 support should be escalated through the formal dispute process set out in the Platform's support guidelines.
15.2 Players are encouraged to contact winlah88 support in the first instance to resolve any account, payment or gameplay concern before seeking external resolution.
